One Shelley Street, comprises of 33,000 sq. metres of office space across 11 storeys, is wholly occupied by Macquarie Bank and accommodates approximately 3,000 workers.

Electromaster performed the mechanical electrical installation including switchboard design and manufacture.

One 40 William

Electromaster worked on all stages and a number of tenancies at the One40William project as well as working with Honeywell for the Building Management System contract.

Project consists of a multi-level basement car park, 2 levels of retail and 19 levels of commercial space.

Centre Court Business Park

Electromaster provided the electrical for the mechanical services on six commercial office buildings linked together, with four core blocks and access passage link, built above two large basement car park levels.

This is the largest single tenant campus style workplace in Australia. Optus are the tenant with over 6500 employees on site.
