With 332 apartments across 3 buildings, Southbank is expected to be the largest residential-only development in the area.

Electromaster performed the design and installation on the three buildings providing a complete engineering service including MATV, dry fire and security. All main switchboards and distribution boards were manufactured in-house.

Pacific Point Apartments

Electromaster fully designed and installed all electrical services, including MATV and security on the 144 apartments and retail units over a 12 storey tower

Regatta Apartments

Located in one of Sydney’s newest waterfront precincts Electromaster has worked together with both Billbergia (Light & Power) and Zenith Air (Electrical for Mechanical Services).

Electromaster provided a complete Electrical Engineering service and installation (including, Security, MATV and Dry Fire) for the 332 apartments across 4 buildings providing both Electrical and Mechanical Electrical Switchboards

A new village consisting of 7 buildings, encompassing 500 residential units as well as ground level retail and commercial components.

Electromaster has worked together with Atlas Constructions to showcase our ability to bring our various skills in both the electrical installation and mechanical services in addition to our design services.

Electromaster provided a complete design and construct electrical installation including data, security and switchboards to three buildings comprising 480 apartments.

World Towers

Completed: 2004

One of the world’s tallest residential buildings, World Tower is now called home by over 1300 people in 750 residential units and serviced apartments, and includes 10 storeys of commercial units.

Electromaster installed the complete Electrical and Communication services for this development including the manufacture and installation of its Switchboards

Great Barrier Reef Yacht Club

Working on an island is not as luxurious as it sounds. Electromaster overcame logistical nightmares working on the remote island within the Great Barrier Reef  to bring this amazing Yacht Club to life.
